Whether you're seeking reassurance, understanding or simply wish to hear from your companion, each session creates a space for your animal to share their thoughts, feelings and perspective in their own way.
Every Conversation is Unique
Every animal experiences the world in their own unique way. They have thoughts, emotions, preferences, memories and personalities that shape how they interact with the people and animals around them. Through intuitive communication, we connect with your companion on an energetic level, creating an opportunity for them to share their perspective and helping you better understand the world through their eyes.
Our role is to act as a bridge between you and your animal, translating the thoughts, feelings and messages they choose to share. While your questions help guide the conversation, animals have free will and are always encouraged to communicate what they feel is most important.
General Animal Communication Readings are designed as open conversations with your companion, providing insight into their thoughts, emotions and overall wellbeing. While changes in behaviour or life circumstances may naturally come up during a reading, these sessions are not intended to replace our specialised services.
We offer two types of general readings, differing in length.
Quick Connect
Our Quick Connect Reading is a focused 20-minute communication session designed to explore up to three questions or topics. Whether you'd like to check in on your animal's wellbeing, better understand a recent situation, or simply hear what they have to share, this reading provides a meaningful opportunity to connect.
Your questions act as a guide for the session, while still allowing your animal the freedom to communicate what they feel is most important. A Quick Connect is ideal for those seeking clarity around a few specific areas or looking for a thoughtful check-in with their companion.

Mini Readings
Our Mini Reading is a more comprehensive 40-minute communication session, allowing for a deeper exploration of your animal's thoughts, emotions and experiences. With time to discuss up to five questions or topics, these readings provide a broader understanding of your companion while giving them the space to guide the conversation naturally.
Whether you're navigating simple changes, life transitions, emotional wellbeing or simply wish to gain a deeper understanding of your animal, a Mini Reading offers the opportunity to explore multiple aspects of their world in greater detail. Many guardians choose this option when they have several questions or would like a more in-depth conversation.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does a General Reading work?
Once you've booked your reading, sent your information and made payment, your booking is considered confirmed. We then connect with your animal remotely in our own time. Readings are not conducted live, allowing us to focus entirely on your companion and the messages they choose to share. Once your session has been completed, we'll send your personalised feedback to you via WhatsApp.
Is this a live reading?
No. All of our readings are conducted remotely and offline. This allows us to connect with your animal without distractions and gives them the freedom to communicate at their own pace.
What can I ask?
Your questions help guide the session, but they are used as discussion points rather than a script. Animals have free will and may choose to answer your questions, expand on them, or share messages they feel are more important for you to hear. These sessions are not appropriate for missing pets or complex issues, such as behaviour concerns.
Is my reading just for one animal?
Yes. General Readings are for one animal per session. If you'd like readings for multiple animals, separate bookings are required unless you're booking one of our specialised services, such as Behaviour & Wellbeing or Integration Support, where multiple animals may be included.
What happens if I think of more questions afterwards?
Your reading includes the opportunity to ask for clarification about anything that has already come through.If you'd like us to reconnect with your animal or explore new questions or topics after your session has been completed, a follow-up reading can be booked at our reduced follow-up rate.
Will my animal answer all of my questions?
Every animal is an individual with their own thoughts, feelings and free will. While we always do our best to explore the questions you've provided, your companion may choose to spend more time on certain topics or share completely different messages that they feel are important. Our role is to faithfully translate what we receive rather than direct the conversation.
